F5 – Big IP Comparision

We have been receiving questions from our community on the differences of the F5 Big IP platform:

Here is a table we put together of the capacity differences among some of the models. The 1500/3400 are the older technology platforms. Aside from pure performance, some of the smaller/older models will have limitations on how many different feature modules you should enable just because they don’t have the memory/cpu to handle as much.
