Hardware Availability and Support
Avaya will continue to offer the 2007 IP Deskphone, 1100-Series IP Deskphone, and 1200-Series IP Deskphone for sale. This
commitment is contingent upon Avaya continuing to be able to source the components necessary to build these devices. Following
any future announced end-of-sale date, standard Avaya policy of 3 years of Manufacturer Warranty followed by an optional 3 years of
Extended Support will apply

Avaya will continue to provide periodic releases of SIP software for the 1120E IP Deskphone, 1140E IP Deskphone, 1165E IP
Deskphone, 1220 IP Deskphone, and 1230 IP Deskphone until end-of-sale. Following any end-of-sale date, standard Avaya policy of
1 year of Manufacturer Warranty followed by an optional 5 years of Extended Support will apply. Avaya has no committed program at
this time to provide SIP software for the 1110 IP Deskphone, 1210 IP Deskphone, or the 1150E IP Deskphone.
