Avaya has just published (May 8th) the pre-announcement of the End-of-New-Sales for Telephony Manager. In fact, TM will not be available for new purchases starting Nov 1 2010. Expansion to existing TM4.0 systems will still be possible.
That is in line with Avaya (Nortel) strategy to transition to the Unified Communication Management (UCM) platform.
