Commiting to BCM
Avaya is helping to promote and provide consistency in investments made in the BCM platform. Release 6.0 includes several new features and repositions BCM as Avaya branded equipment. This makes it clear to customers that Avaya fully stands behind BCM – a reinforcement of the support policies we outlined in January.

Where did you gather the info for this article? I am having trouble finding a bulletin listing the updates to BCM 6.0
thank you.
Chris, On 15 September 2010, Business Communications Manager (BCM) Release 6.0 became Generally Available. This release includes, among others, several UC enhancements and marks the advent of the newly branded BCM.
Coincident with the GA of BCM R6.0, Avaya is announcing End of Sale of BCM Release 5.0.
If you can let me know what information you are looking for, I can provide further details. Or if you are an Avaya partner (which it appears you are) you can access the 6.0 information via their partner portal.
Thanks Chris!
