Many of Combat’s Customers have begun making the transition to IP Office from the BCM platform. The momentum of Avaya’s continued investment (taking the best of both the BCM and IP Office) in the IP Office platform have made the product THE killer voice platform.
While most of Combat’s customer rely on Avaya Aura (CS1k and CM) as their corporate standard, many organizations that we support in the retail and banking space rely on the fully featured IP Office as their remote office platform of choice.
Continuing with Avaya’s investment and developing strategy, Avaya has released IP Office 8.0.
Avaya on Wednesday released IP Office 8.0, extending a fuller version of its unified communications (UC) platform for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) to Android devices. The company said iPhone support will soon follow.
The biggest features (and most highly anticipated) of this release are all around brining the IP office experience to the smart phone, including Android and Apple OS’s.
